Process flow description:
Light diesel oil is meticulously delivered to the burner via an oil pipeline, with the automatic ignition system gradually elevating the furnace's temperature. Once the optimal temperature is reached after approximately 30 minutes, the waste conveying system is activated. Waste particles are efficiently crushed and then propelled into the combustion chamber by a high-pressure fan. Adhering to the 3T principles—temperature, time, and turbine flow—the waste undergoes oxidation, pyrolysis, and combustion. In the secondary combustion chamber, tail gases experience high-temperature oxidation, removing impurities. This chamber features a multi-hull design with three gravity dust collectors that efficiently trap dust. Flue gases proceed to the waste heat boiler, where they cool and recycle into steam, serving the factory's needs and reclaiming valuable metal oxides, achieving comprehensive resource utilization. Subsequent to heating fresh air via the air heat exchanger and further cooling, the flue gas enters the dust collector, removing residual dust and recovering metals. A spray system ensures thorough dust removal and cleansing, ultimately allowing standard gas to be safely released into the atmosphere through the chimney. Burned ashes are examined for metal oxides before landfill disposal. Liquid interfaces are reserved for combustible waste liquids, which can be sprayed into the furnace for disposal.
