Process Flow Description:
The process begins with the delivery of light diesel oil to the burner via an oil pipeline. An automatic ignition system gradually raises the furnace temperature. After 30 minutes, upon reaching the desired temperature, the waste conveying system is activated. High-pressure fans transport crushed waste particles into the combustion chamber, where they undergo oxidative pyrolysis and combustion guided by the 3T principle (temperature, time, turbine flow). The tail gas is further combusted and oxidized in a secondary chamber, which features a multi-hull design with gravity dust collectors. Steam is produced as flue gas is recycled through a waste heat boiler, and precious metal oxides are recovered. The air heat exchanger preps fresh air for industrial use and further cools the flue gas for dust collection and oxide retrieval. A spray system performs final dust and wash removal, before standard gases are emitted through the chimney. Remaining metal oxides in the ash are extracted for landfill, with options for liquid waste integration into the furnace.

Incorporating advanced technology, the system includes a crusher, frequency conversion feeding motor, high-pressure conveying fan, rotary kiln, driving and supporting devices, secondary combustion chamber, waste heat boiler, air heat exchanger, multi-pipe dust collector, spray tower, exhaust fan, chimney, diesel pipeline and ignition system, temperature control system, electric control system, connecting pipelines, liquid atomizer, and operational platform.
