Feed hydraulic transmission system, waste liquid conduit, structural rotary kiln, primary burner, secondary combustion chamber, secondary burner, water-cooled cyclone dust collector, quench acid stripping tower, mist separation unit, exhaust fan, standalone chimney, alkali storage and delivery, lye pump, blower, comprehensive air supply system, electrical network, instrumentation control, automated ash disposal, installation platforms, and robust support structures.

1) Initiate the process with the blower, expertly purging residual and flammable gases within the furnace. This significantly minimizes explosion risk during ignition, setting a new standard for safety and efficiency.
2) Prior to igniting the potent burner, it is absolutely essential to activate the induced draft fan, allowing for an extensive five-minute purge of the furnace. This thorough procedure guarantees both safety and unparalleled efficiency as the diesel fuel seamlessly travels through meticulously engineered pipelines, culminating in the precise ignition by the burners. The resulting radiant heat elegantly elevates the temperature within the rotary kiln and secondary chamber, ensuring a steady and controlled ascension for optimal performance.
3) With unparalleled precision, solid waste is introduced into the rotary kiln through a cutting-edge feeding system. This advanced mechanism maintains an exact combustion temperature of 850ºC via precise oxygen control, guaranteeing optimal efficiency. Simultaneously, waste liquid is swiftly directed into either the rotary kiln or the secondary combustion chamber through dedicated pipelines, enabling flawless processing and integration for superior performance.
4) The flue gas, a by-product of the rotary kiln's intense operation, gracefully transitions to the secondary chamber. Here, incineration by-products such as ash and slag are expelled with remarkable efficiency through an innovative wet scraper mechanism, ensuring smooth and immaculate operations.
5) Within the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas undergoes an exceptional combustion process. The introduction of organic waste liquid elevates the temperature to an impressive 1100ºC, intensifying the incineration process. This results in a smokeless, odorless finish with zero secondary pollution, as the flue gas remains for a precise 4 seconds. This ensures complete decomposition of trace organics and dioxins, achieving an astounding decomposition efficiency of over 99.99%. 7) Upon exiting the cyclone, the flue gas ascends to the semi-dry quench tower.
