Composition of the Equipment:
Comprising a furnace body, secondary combustion chamber, cyclone dust collector, spray tower, exhaust fan, chimney, primary and secondary burners, oil tank and transportation control pipeline, air supply system, electric control cabinet, along with necessary support and maintenance platforms.
Process Flow Description:
This incinerator operates as a high-temperature heat storage type furnace. Waste is manually introduced into the furnace, with light diesel oil transported to the burner via pipelines. The waste is ignited automatically, undergoing rapid oxidation reactions through dramatic stirring by high-temperature gas. Following the 3T principles (temperature, time, turbine flow), incompletely burned gases enter the secondary chamber for high-temperature combustion, reaching up to 900ºC for thorough destruction and decomposition. The high-temperature flue gas then enters a water-cooled cyclone dust collector to remove dust, followed by a spray tower where acid gases in the flue gas are absorbed through an acid-alkali neutralization reaction with injected lye, ensuring complete combustion without black smoke or odor. Finally, the flue gas is released into the atmosphere via the stack, while ashes are either landfilled or reused.
