The innovative flue gas directional system continuously agitates waste for uniform heating, with waste residence time of 0.5-1 hour, ensuring comprehensive thermal treatment and organic matter obliteration.
Additionally, a state-of-the-art secondary combustion chamber re-incinerates generated gases, achieving extreme temperatures of 1100ºC to maximize organic matter elimination. Furnace selection meets rigorous standards with temperatures ≥1100ºC and flue gas residence time ≥2 seconds. Post-cooling, flue gas purification meticulously removes acidic components, nitrogen oxides, and captures harmful particles and dust, ensuring vigilant component selection.

The Incinerator Device comprises the following components:
Feed hydraulic transmission system, waste liquid conduit, structural rotary kiln, primary burner, secondary combustion chamber, secondary burner, water-cooled cyclone dust collector, quench acid stripping tower, mist separation unit, exhaust fan, standalone chimney, alkali storage and delivery, lye pump, blower, comprehensive air supply system, electrical network, instrumentation control, automated ash disposal, installation platforms, and support structures.

Brief Introduction of Main Process Flow:
1) Initiate with the blower to effectively purge residual and flammable gases within the furnace, significantly reducing explosion risk during ignition.
2) Prior to the powerful burner igniting, it's imperative to initiate the induced draft fan for an extensive five-minute purge of the furnace. This detailed procedure guarantees both safety and optimal performance as the diesel fuel is expertly transported through precision-engineered pipelines, leading to its precise ignition by the burners. The ensuing radiant heat elevates the temperature within both the rotary kiln and secondary chamber, ensuring a gradual and controlled increase for peak operational effectiveness.
3) Solid waste is skillfully introduced into the rotary kiln using a cutting-edge feeding system. This sophisticated apparatus maintains the combustion temperature at an exact 850ºC through precise oxygen regulation, ensuring peak efficiency. Concurrently, waste liquid is seamlessly channeled into either the rotary kiln or the secondary combustion chamber via specialized pipelines, facilitating flawless processing and integration for unparalleled performance.
4) The flue gas, a by-product of the rotary kiln's intense operation, travels to the secondary chamber. Here, incineration remnants like ash and slag are expelled with outstanding efficiency using an innovative wet scraper system, ensuring smooth and immaculate operations.
5) Within the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas undergoes exceptional combustion. The introduction of organic waste liquid raises the temperature to an impressive 1100ºC, intensifying the incineration process. This results in a smokeless, odorless finish with zero secondary pollution, as the flue gas remains here for a precise 4 seconds. This guarantees complete decomposition of trace organics and dioxins, achieving a remarkable decomposition efficiency of over 99.99%. The precise disintegration of residual organic components and carbon particles occurs at approximately 1100ºC. The chamber's sophisticated multi-stage combustion strategy effectively minimizes nitrogen oxide formation, further enhancing environmental safety.
6) Emerging from the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas advances to the water-cooled cyclone dust collector. Here, ash content is expertly neutralized by centrifugal force, significantly purifying the flue gas and readying it for further treatment stages.
7) After leaving the cyclone, the flue gas proceeds to the semi-dry quench tower. A pressure pump efficiently directs the reaction tower to the top of the two-fluid nozzle, transforming it into fine droplets. These droplets encounter the hot rising flue gas, forming a dense suspended droplet zone and rapidly cooling to 200ºC within a second. This swift action effectively halts dioxin regeneration and extinguishes any lingering sparks, safeguarding the cloth bag from potential fires.
8) The flue gas then progresses into the spray washing tower, followed by the wet packing washing tower device. These pivotal stages play a crucial role in eliminating acid gases from the flue gas, ensuring that it meets stringent environmental standards for purity and excellence.
9) After traversing through the spray tower, the flue gas is released into the atmosphere via the chimney, aided by an induced draft fan that ensures its smooth exit, thereby minimizing environmental impact and enhancing ecological harmony.
