Process flow description:
Light diesel oil is delivered through precision pipelines to the burner, where the automatic ignition system gradually elevates the furnace's temperature. Within thirty minutes, upon reaching the predefined temperature, the waste conveying system activates. Waste particles are crushed and transported by a high-pressure fan into the combustion chamber, adhering to the 3T principle—temperature, time, turbine flow. This enables oxidative pyrolysis and thorough combustion. Post-combustion, tail gases undergo further high-temperature oxidation in the secondary chamber, which utilizes a multi-hull design with three gravity dust collectors to capture the majority of dust. The flue gas is then directed into a waste heat boiler, where it is cooled and converted into steam for factory usage, while simultaneously reclaiming valuable metal oxides. This comprehensive utilization extends to the air heat exchanger, which heats fresh air for factory needs, further cooling the flue gas. The cooled gas is processed in dust collectors to eliminate fine dust and recover precious metal oxides before proceeding to a spray system for additional dust removal and cleansing. Ultimately, the purified gas is expelled through the chimney by an exhaust fan, adhering to environmental standards. Valuable metal oxides are extracted from the ash and transferred to a landfill, with reserved liquid interfaces for combustible waste liquids, which can be introduced into the furnace via a spray mechanism.
