Composition of the equipment:
The equipment configuration boasts a horizontal furnace body, secondary combustion chamber, cyclone dust collector, spray tower, exhaust fan, chimney, primary and secondary burners, oil tank, and oil transportation control pipeline. It also includes an air supply system, an electric control cabinet, and various necessary supports and maintenance platforms.
Process flow description:
This high-temperature heat storage type incinerator revolutionizes waste management. Waste is manually inserted into the furnace, and light diesel oil is transported to the burner through a pipeline. The automatic ignition system ignites the waste, which is then subjected to rigorous high-temperature gas stirring and rapid oxidation reactions. Adhering to the 3T principles (temperature, time, turbine flow), any incompletely burned gas is transferred to a secondary combustion chamber for further high-temperature burning at approximately 900 ºC, ensuring thorough destruction and decomposition. High-temperature flue gas enters the water-cooled cyclone dust collector for dust removal, followed by a spray tower that neutralizes acid gases using an alkaline solution. This process guarantees complete combustion, eliminating black smoke and odors, before the flue gas is discharged into the atmosphere via the stack. The resultant ashes can be either landfilled or repurposed, highlighting the incinerator's environmental efficiency.
