Brief Introduction of Main Process Flow:
1) Initiate with the blower to effectively purge residual and flammable gases within the furnace, significantly reducing explosion risk during ignition.
2) Before the powerful burner sparks the ignition, it's crucial to set the induced draft fan in motion, allowing an extensive five-minute purge of the furnace. This meticulous process ensures safety and efficiency as the diesel fuel is skillfully transported via expertly crafted pipelines, leading to its precise ignition by the burners. The radiant heat gracefully elevates the temperature within both the rotary kiln and secondary chamber, ensuring a steady and controlled rise for peak performance.
3) Solid waste is meticulously introduced into the rotary kiln through an advanced, cutting-edge feeding system. This high-tech mechanism precisely maintains the combustion temperature at a constant 850ºC through exact oxygen control, ensuring top-notch efficiency. 5) Within the secondary combustion chamber, flue gas experiences superior combustion. The introduction of organic waste liquid elevates the temperature to an intense 1100ºC, amplifying the incineration process. This guarantees complete decomposition of trace organics and dioxins, achieving a remarkable decomposition efficiency of over 99.99%. 6) Emerging from the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas advances to the water-cooled cyclone dust collector. Here, ash content is expertly neutralized by centrifugal force, significantly purifying the flue gas and preparing it for subsequent stages of treatment.
7) After exiting the cyclone, the flue gas progresses to the semi-dry quench tower. A precision pressure pump skillfully directs the reaction tower to the top of the two-fluid nozzle, transforming it into fine droplets. These droplets encounter the hot ascending flue gas, forming a dense suspended droplet area and rapidly cooling to 200ºC within a second.
