The innovative flue gas directional system continuously agitates waste for uniform heating, with waste residence time of 0.5-1 hour, ensuring comprehensive thermal treatment and organic matter obliteration.
Additionally, a state-of-the-art secondary combustion chamber re-incinerates generated gases, achieving extreme temperatures of 1100ºC to maximize organic matter elimination. Furnace selection meets rigorous standards with temperatures ≥1100ºC and flue gas residence time ≥2 seconds. Post-cooling, flue gas purification meticulously removes acidic components, nitrogen oxides, and captures harmful particles and dust, ensuring vigilant component selection.
The Incinerator Device comprises the following components:
Feed hydraulic transmission system, waste liquid conduit, structural rotary kiln, primary burner, secondary combustion chamber, secondary burner, water-cooled cyclone dust collector, quench acid stripping tower, mist separation unit, exhaust fan, standalone chimney, alkali storage and delivery, lye pump, blower, comprehensive air supply system, electrical network, instrumentation control, automated ash disposal, installation platforms, and support structures.
Brief Introduction of Main Process Flow:
1) Initiate with the blower to effectively purge residual and flammable gases within the furnace, significantly reducing explosion risk during ignition.
2) Before the powerful burner sparks the ignition, it's crucial to set the induced draft fan in motion, allowing an extensive five-minute purge of the furnace. This meticulous process ensures safety and efficiency as the diesel fuel is skillfully transported via expertly crafted pipelines, leading to its precise ignition by the burners. The radiant heat gracefully elevates the temperature within both the rotary kiln and secondary chamber, ensuring a steady and controlled rise for peak performance.
3) Solid waste is meticulously introduced into our state-of-the-art rotary kiln through a cutting-edge feeding system. This advanced mechanism maintains the combustion temperature precisely at 850ºC via exacting oxygen control, ensuring peak efficiency. Concurrently, waste liquid is seamlessly channeled into either the rotary kiln or the secondary combustion chamber through dedicated pipelines. This facilitates flawless processing and integration, delivering unparalleled performance.
4) The flue gas, a result of the rotary kiln's intense operation, is expertly directed to the secondary chamber. Here, incineration by-products like ash and slag are efficiently expelled through a pioneering wet scraper mechanism. This ensures smooth, immaculate operations, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and performance.
5) Within the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas undergoes exemplary combustion. By introducing organic waste liquid, the temperature elevates to an impressive 1100ºC, intensifying the incineration process. This results in a smokeless, odorless outcome with zero secondary pollution, as the flue gas remains here for a precise 4 seconds. This ensures the complete decomposition of trace organics and dioxins, achieving an outstanding decomposition efficiency of over 99.99%. At approximately 1100ºC, the precise breakdown of residual organic components and carbon particles occurs. The chamber's sophisticated multi-stage combustion strategy effectively minimizes nitrogen oxide formation, further enhancing environmental safety.
6) Emerging from the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas advances to the water-cooled cyclone dust collector. Here, ash content is expertly neutralized via centrifugal force, significantly purifying the flue gas and ensuring its readiness for subsequent treatment stages.
7) After exiting the cyclone, the flue gas transitions to the semi-dry quench tower. A pressure pump skillfully directs the reaction tower to the top of the two-fluid nozzle, rendering it into fine droplets. These droplets converge with the hot ascending flue gas, forming a dense suspended droplet area and rapidly cooling to 200ºC within a second. This swift action effectively halts dioxin regeneration and extinguishes any residual sparks, protecting the cloth bag from potential fires.
8) The flue gas then enters the spray washing tower, subsequently followed by the wet packing washing tower device. These critical stages are pivotal in eliminating acid gases from the flue gas, ensuring it meets stringent environmental purity standards.
9) After passing through the spray tower, the flue gas is smoothly released into the atmosphere via the chimney. This process is assisted by an induced draft fan that ensures its seamless exit, significantly minimizing environmental impact.
