1) Start by activating the blower to efficiently clear residual and flammable gases within the furnace, significantly mitigating the risk of explosion during ignition.
2) Before igniting with the powerful burner, initiate the induced draft fan, allowing a thorough five-minute purge of the furnace. This detailed process ensures safety and efficiency as diesel fuel is expertly conveyed through meticulously designed pipelines, culminating in precise ignition by the burners. 7) Following its journey through the cyclone, the flue gas advances to the semi-dry quench tower.
