Additionally, a state-of-the-art secondary combustion chamber re-incinerates generated gases, achieving extreme temperatures of 1100ºC to maximize organic matter elimination. The Incinerator Device comprises the following components:
Feed hydraulic transmission system, waste liquid conduit, structural rotary kiln, primary burner, secondary combustion chamber, secondary burner, water-cooled cyclone dust collector, quench acid stripping tower, mist separation unit, exhaust fan, standalone chimney, alkali storage and delivery, lye pump, blower, comprehensive air supply system, electrical network, instrumentation control, automated ash disposal, installation platforms, and robust support structures.

Brief Introduction of Main Process Flow:
1) Initiate with the blower to effectively purge residual and flammable gases within the furnace, significantly reducing explosion risk during ignition, and setting the stage for safe operation.
2) Before the powerful burner sparks the ignition, it's crucial to set the induced draft fan in motion, allowing an extensive five-minute purge of the furnace. This meticulous process ensures safety and efficiency as the diesel fuel is expertly transported via precision-engineered pipelines, leading to its precise ignition by the burners. The radiant heat gracefully elevates the temperature within both the rotary kiln and secondary chamber, ensuring a steady and controlled rise for peak performance and ultimate reliability.
3) Solid waste is introduced with precision into the rotary kiln through a cutting-edge feeding system, meticulously maintaining the combustion temperature at an optimal 850ºC through expert oxygen regulation. Concurrently, waste liquid is channeled seamlessly into either the rotary kiln or the secondary combustion chamber via specialized pipelines, ensuring impeccable processing and cohesion.
4) As the flue gas emerges from the rotary kiln, it enters the secondary chamber, where any incineration by-products, like ash and slag, are efficiently removed through a pioneering wet scraper mechanism. This advanced design ensures smooth and pristine operation without hindrance.
5) In the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas undergoes a rigorous combustion process, as organic waste liquid elevates the temperature to a robust 1100ºC. This magnifies the incineration process, resulting in a smokeless, odorless finish free from secondary pollution. The flue gas lingers for an exact 4.0 seconds, ensuring total decomposition of trace organics and dioxins, achieving a decomposition efficiency beyond 99.99%. The precise breakdown of organic residues and carbon particles is achieved at around 1100ºC. The chamber's advanced multi-stage combustion approach significantly curtails nitrogen oxide generation.
6) Upon exiting the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas is directed to the water-cooled cyclone dust collector, where ash content is skillfully neutralized by centrifugal force. This enhancement markedly purifies the flue gas, setting it up for the next stages.
7) As the flue gas leaves the cyclone, it progresses to the semi-dry quench tower. Here, a pressure pump expertly guides the reaction tower to the apex of the two-fluid nozzle, transforming the flow into fine droplets. These droplets meet the rising hot flue gas, creating a dense suspended droplet zone, swiftly cooling to 200 ºC in mere seconds.
