Process flow description:
Light diesel oil is seamlessly delivered to the burner via the oil pipeline, where the automatic ignition system gradually raises the furnace temperature. Within half an hour, upon reaching the designated temperature, the waste conveying system is activated. Waste particles are finely crushed and transported into the combustion chamber by a high-pressure fan, adhering to the 3T principle (temperature, time, turbine flow), ensuring oxidative, pyrolysis, and combustion processes. Post-combustion, the tail gas undergoes secondary burning and high-temperature oxidation in the multi-hull secondary combustion chamber, equipped with three gravity dust collectors for optimal dust collection. Flue gases transition into the waste heat boiler for cooling, recycling into steam for factory utilization, and reclaiming precious metal oxides for comprehensive utilization. Subsequently, the gases pass through an air heat exchanger, providing fresh air heating and further cooling before entering a dust collector for removing fine dust and recycling metal oxides. A spray system performs additional dust removal and washing, ultimately releasing standard gas into the atmosphere via the chimney, facilitated by the exhaust fan. Precious metal oxides in the ash are collected for landfill relocation. Liquid interfaces are reserved for spraying burnable waste liquids into the furnace.

Crusher, frequency conversion feeding motor, high-pressure conveying fan, rotary kiln, driving and supporting devices, secondary chamber, waste heat boiler, air heat exchanger, multi-pipe dust collector, spray tower, exhaust fan, chimney, diesel pipeline system, diesel ignition and combustion machine system, combustion chamber's automatic temperature control system, electric control system, other connecting pipelines, liquid atomizer, and an operating platform.
