Process flow description:
Light diesel oil is delivered to the burner via an oil pipeline, where the automatic ignition system gradually raises the furnace temperature. After 30 minutes, upon reaching the desired temperature, the waste conveying system is activated, and smashed particles of waste are transferred into the combustion chamber by a high-pressure fan. The waste undergoes oxidation, pyrolysis, and combustion within the combustion chamber following the 3T principle (temperature, time, turbine flow). Post-incineration, the tail gas is further burned and oxidized at high temperatures in the secondary combustion chamber, which features a multi-hull design with three gravity dust collectors to capture most dust. Flue gas is directed into a waste heat boiler for cooling and conversion into steam for factory use, while precious metal oxides are recycled, highlighting our comprehensive utilization approach. Flue gas then passes through an air heat exchanger, heating fresh air for factory use and additional cooling. The cooled flue gas is routed to a dust collector for fine dust removal and precious metal oxide recovery, followed by further dust removal and washing via a spray system. Finally, compliant gas is released into the atmosphere through a chimney, with precious metal oxides in the ash checked and disposed of at a landfill. Provision for liquid interfaces is made; combustible waste liquid can be sprayed into the furnace.
