Process flow description:
Light diesel oil is channeled to the burner via oil pipelines. The automatic ignition system gradually elevates the furnace temperature. Once the desired temperature is achieved in approximately half an hour, the waste conveying system is activated. Waste, reduced to particles via a crusher, is funneled into the combustion chamber by a high-pressure fan. Leveraging the 3T principle (temperature, time, turbine flow), waste undergoes oxidation, pyrolysis, and combustion within the chamber. Post-combustion gases are subjected to secondary burning and high-temperature oxidation. The multi-hull secondary chamber, equipped with a tri-gravity dust collector structure, effectively captures dust. Flue gas is then processed in a waste heat boiler for cooling and recycled as steam for factory use, facilitating the reclamation of valuable metal oxides. The air heat exchanger further reduces the temperature by heating fresh air for factory needs, while the cooled flue gas enters the dust collector for fine dust and metal oxide recovery. A spray system provides final dust removal and washing, leading to the release of standard gas through an exhaust fan via the chimney. Precious metal oxides in the ash are sent to landfills. Liquid interfaces are reserved for combustible waste liquids to be sprayed into the furnace.
