Its rotational mechanics ensure optimal mixing, facilitating smooth movement to the discharge end along its incline. The innovative flue gas directional system continuously agitates waste for uniform heating, with waste residence time of 0.5-1 hour, ensuring comprehensive thermal treatment and complete organic matter destruction.
Additionally, a cutting-edge secondary combustion chamber re-incinerates generated gases, reaching extreme temperatures of 1100ºC to maximize organic matter elimination. Furnace selection adheres to stringent standards with temperatures ≥1100ºC and flue gas residence time ≥2 seconds. Post-cooling, flue gas purification meticulously extracts acidic components, nitrogen oxides, and captures harmful particles and dust, affirming vigilant component selection.
The Incinerator Device comprises the following components:
Feed hydraulic transmission system, waste liquid conduit, structural rotary kiln, primary burner, secondary combustion chamber, secondary burner, water-cooled cyclone dust collector, quench acid stripping tower, mist separation unit, exhaust fan, standalone chimney, alkali storage and delivery, lye pump, blower, comprehensive air supply system, electrical network, instrumentation control, automated ash disposal, installation platforms, and support structures.
Brief Introduction of Main Process Flow:
1) Start with the blower to efficiently clear residual and flammable gases from within the furnace, significantly minimizing the risk of explosions during ignition.
2) Prior to the initiation of our powerhouse burner, it's of paramount importance to activate the induced draft fan, granting an extensive five-minute purge of the furnace. This meticulous step not only ensures the utmost safety but also primes the system for optimal efficiency. The diesel fuel, expertly transported through meticulously designed pipelines, finds its precise ignition in the burner. This radiant ignition process gracefully elevates the temperatures within both the rotary kiln and secondary chamber, achieving a harmonious and controlled rise that guarantees peak performance.
3) Solid waste is introduced into the rotary kiln with precision through our state-of-the-art feeding system. This advanced mechanism maintains a constant combustion temperature of 850ºC, fine-tuned by meticulous oxygen control to ensure supreme efficiency. Concurrently, waste liquid is effortlessly directed into either the rotary kiln or the secondary combustion chamber through dedicated pipelines. This seamless integration promotes flawless processing and superior performance.
4) The flue gas, born from the rotary kiln’s intense operation, travels to the secondary chamber. Here, incineration by-products such as ash and slag are expelled with remarkable efficiency, courtesy of an innovative wet scraper mechanism, ensuring operations remain smooth and immaculate.
5) Within the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas undergoes enhanced combustion. The introduction of organic waste liquid elevates the temperature to an impressive 1100ºC, intensifying the incineration process, resulting in a smokeless, odorless emission with no secondary pollution. The flue gas remains for a precise 4 seconds, ensuring comprehensive decomposition of trace organics and dioxins with an extraordinary decomposition efficiency exceeding 99.99%. At approximately 1100ºC, residual organic components and carbon particles break down meticulously. The chamber's intelligent multi-stage combustion strategy effectively curtails nitrogen oxide formation, further safeguarding environmental integrity.
6) After emerging from the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas proceeds to the water-cooled cyclone dust collector. Here, centrifugal force expertly neutralizes the ash content, significantly purifying the flue gas as it prepares for subsequent treatment stages.
7) Post-cyclone, the flue gas advances to the semi-dry quench tower. Here, a pressure pump masterfully directs the reaction tower to the apex of the two-fluid nozzle, transforming it into fine droplets. These droplets intersect with the hot ascending flue gas, forming a dense suspended droplet area, swiftly cooling to 200ºC in just a second. This rapid process effectively halts dioxin regeneration and extinguishes any lingering sparks, safeguarding the cloth bag from potential fires.
8) Subsequently, the flue gas enters the spray washing tower, followed by the wet packing washing tower device. These critical stages are indispensable in eradicating acid gases from the flue gas, ensuring that it meets the most stringent environmental standards for purity.
9) Having traversed the spray tower, the flue gas is smoothly released into the atmosphere via the chimney, facilitated by an induced draft fan that ensures an effortless exit, thereby minimizing environmental impact.
