Brief Introduction of Main Process Flow:
1) Begin by activating the blower to clear residual and flammable gases within the furnace, effectively minimizing explosion risks upon ignition.
2) Prior to the initiation of the ignition process by the burner, it is imperative to activate the induced draft fan and allow the furnace to undergo a thorough purge for a duration of five minutes. The subsequent process involves the transportation of diesel fuel through meticulously designed pipelines, culminating in its ignition by the ignition burners. The radiant heat emanating from the burner methodically elevates the temperature within the rotary kiln as well as the secondary chamber, ensuring a gradual ramp-up for optimal performance.
3) Solid waste is meticulously introduced into the rotary kiln courtesy of an advanced feeding system, where precision oxygen control maintains the combustion temperature at an optimal 850ºC. Waste liquid, on the other hand, is deftly channeled into either the rotary kiln or the secondary combustion chamber via a dedicated pipeline, ensuring seamless processing and integration.
4) The flue gas generated by the rotary kiln journeys into the secondary chamber, where the by-products of incineration, namely ash and slag, are efficiently and automatically discharged through an innovative wet scraper mechanism, ensuring clean and unobstructed operation.
5) Within the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas undergoes a further combustion process, ably assisted by organic waste liquid, elevating the temperature to a robust 1100ºC. This heightens the completeness of the incineration process, achieving a smokeless, odorless outcome with zero secondary pollution. The flue gas lingers in this chamber for a precise 4.0 seconds, ensuring the thorough decomposition of trace organic compounds and dioxins, achieving a decomposition efficiency exceeding 99.99%. Such meticulous processing ensures the complete breakdown of any remaining organic components and carbon particles, occurring at approximately 1100ºC. The secondary combustion chamber employs a sophisticated multi-stage combustion strategy, effectively curbing the formation of nitrogen oxides.
6) The flue gas emerging from the secondary combustion chamber proceeds to the water-cooled cyclone dust collector, where the ash content is adeptly settled by centrifugal force. This strategic process significantly enhances the cleanliness of the flue gas, ensuring it is in prime condition for any subsequent stages.
7) Upon exiting the cyclone, the flue gas advances into the semi-dry quench tower. Here, a pressure pump guides the reaction tower into the top of the two-fluid nozzle, where it is transformed into fine droplets. As these atomized droplets interact with the upward movement of hot flue gas, a dense area of suspended droplets is formed, facilitating rapid temperature reduction to about 200 ºC within one second. This swift intervention effectively curbs dioxin regeneration and extinguishes any residual sparks in the flue gas, safeguarding the subsequent cloth bag from any potential fire risks.
8) The flue gas then progresses into the spray washing tower, followed by the wet packing washing tower device. These stages play a crucial role in scrubbing away acid gases present in the flue gas, ensuring its purity and compliance with stringent environmental standards.
9) The flue gas, having successfully navigated the spray tower, is then expelled directly into the atmosphere via the chimney, with an induced draft fan facilitating its seamless transition, ensuring minimal environmental impact.
