Process flow description:
The process initiates with light diesel oil delivered to the burner via an oil pipeline, with an automatic ignition system gradually increasing the furnace temperature. After half an hour, as the furnace attains the desired temperature, the waste conveying system is activated. Waste is crushed into particles and sent to the combustion chamber by a high-pressure fan. Utilizing the 3T principle (temperature, time, turbine flow), waste undergoes oxidative pyrolysis and combustion in the chamber. Post-combustion, tail gases are re-burned and oxidized at high temperatures in the secondary chamber, which features a multi-hull structure with three gravity dust collectors to capture most dust. Flue gases enter the waste heat boiler, are cooled and recycled into steam for factory use, while recovering precious metal oxides. Further, air heat exchangers warm fresh air for factory use, and cooled flue gases enter dust collectors to remove fine dust. A spray system ensues for additional dust removal and washing. Ultimately, standard gases are exhaust-released through a chimney. Precious metal oxides in the ash are transferred to a landfill, with reserved liquid interfaces for burnable waste liquid introduction.
