Process flow description:
The cutting-edge process begins with light diesel oil being efficiently delivered to the burner. The automatic ignition system ensures a gradual increase in furnace temperature, reaching its optimal setting within thirty minutes. Once set, the waste conveying system activates, delivering crushed waste particles via a high-pressure fan into the combustion chamber. Utilizing the 3T principle (temperature, time, turbine flow), waste undergoes oxidative pyrolysis and combustion. The tail gas undergoes a secondary high-temperature oxidation, facilitated by the multi-hulltype secondary chamber with advanced dust collection. Flue gas is then channeled through a waste heat boiler for steam recycling, optimizing factory energy use, and further cooling it through the air heat exchanger. This system reclaims precious metal oxides, ensuring eco-friendly operations. The cooled flue gas is further treated in the dust collector, followed by a spray system for dust removal and washing. Ultimately, the purified gas is safely emitted through the chimney. The remaining precious metal oxides in the ashes are carefully extracted for landfill or recycling purposes. For liquid waste with combustion properties, specific provisions allow for their integration into the system, enhancing versatility.
