Process flow description:
Light diesel oil is seamlessly delivered to the burner via a robust oil pipeline. The sophisticated automatic ignition system gradually elevates the furnace temperature. After a mere half-hour, upon reaching the predetermined temperature threshold, the waste conveying system is activated. Waste particles, expertly fragmented through the crusher device, are propelled into the combustion chamber by a high-pressure fan. Adhering to the 3T principle (temperature, time, turbine flow), the waste undergoes oxidative, pyrolysis, and combustion transformations within the chamber. Post-combustion, tail gases are re-burned and subject to high-temperature oxidation in the secondary combustion chamber, equipped with a multi-hull type structure and three gravity dust collectors for optimal dust collection. Flue gases transition to the waste heat boiler for cooling and steam recycling, facilitating precious metal oxide recovery for comprehensive utilization. Subsequently, cooled gases enter the air heat exchanger, heating fresh air for factory use, and undergo additional cooling. They subsequently proceed to the dust collector for minute dust removal and further precious metal oxide recycling. An advanced spray system facilitates further dust removal and cleansing. Ultimately, the standardized gas is discharged safely into the atmosphere via the chimney, courtesy of the exhaust fan. Precious metal oxides within the remaining ashes are meticulously checked and responsibly transferred to a landfill, with reserve liquid interfaces available for burnable waste liquid to be sprayed into the furnace.
