Process flow description:
Light diesel oil is efficiently transported to the burner through a dedicated oil pipeline. The automatic ignition system gradually raises the furnace temperature, reaching the optimal level within half an hour. Once the set temperature is achieved, the waste conveying system is activated, where waste particles are crushed and transported to the combustion chamber through a high-pressure fan. Adhering to the 3T principle (temperature, time, turbine flow), waste undergoes oxidation, pyrolysis, and combustion in the chamber. Post-combustion, the tail gas is subjected to high-temperature oxidation in a secondary chamber featuring a multi-hull design with three gravity dust collectors that capture most of the dust. Flue gas proceeds to a waste heat boiler, facilitating steam generation for factory operations and metal oxide recycling, ensuring resource efficiency. Subsequently, air heat exchangers warm fresh air for factory use, further cooling the flue gas before it enters a dust collector for fine dust removal and additional metal oxide recovery. A spray system performs further dust removal and washing before the gas is safely discharged into the atmosphere via the chimney. Precious metal oxides in the ashes are recovered and disposed of in a landfill. Liquid interfaces are available for burning liquid waste, which can be injected into the furnace.
