Composition of the equipment:
Our cutting-edge incinerator comprises a horizontal furnace body, secondary combustion chamber, cyclone dust collector, spray tower, exhaust fan, chimney, primary and secondary burners, oil tank and oil transportation control pipeline, air supply system, electric control cabinet, and other essential supports and maintenance platforms;
Process flow description:
The incinerator is crafted as a high-temperature heat storage furnace. Waste is loaded manually, with light diesel oil transported through a pipeline to the burner. Automatically ignited, waste undergoes vigorous stirring by high-temperature gas, leading to rapid oxidation. Based on the principles of 3T (temperature, time, turbine flow), partially burnt gas is transferred to the secondary chamber for high-temp combustion at about 900ºC, ensuring thorough destruction and decomposition. High-temp flue gas enters the water-cooled cyclone dust collector to purge dust, then moves to the spray tower where acid gases are neutralized through lye injections. This results in complete combustion, devoid of black smoke or odor. The final flue gas is discharged via a stack, and ashes can be landfilled or repurposed.
