1) Begin with the blower to efficiently expel residual and flammable gases from the furnace, significantly minimizing explosion risks during ignition.
2) Prior to igniting the powerful burner, it's imperative to activate the induced draft fan, facilitating an extensive five-minute purge of the furnace. This meticulous step ensures safety and efficiency, as diesel fuel is expertly conveyed through finely engineered pipelines, leading to its precise ignition by the burners. The radiant heat elevates the temperature within both the rotary kiln and secondary chamber, ensuring a steady and controlled rise for peak performance.
3) Solid waste is expertly introduced into the state-of-the-art rotary kiln via an advanced feeding system, showcasing the pinnacle of technological innovation. 4) As a by-product of the rotary kiln's intense and efficient operation, flue gas is directed towards the secondary chamber. Here, the removal of incineration by-products such as ash and slag is executed with remarkable precision and efficiency through an innovative wet scraper mechanism. This technology ensures smooth, uninterrupted operations and maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and effectiveness.
5) Within the cutting-edge secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas undergoes an enhanced combustion process. The introduction of organic waste liquid elevates the temperature to an impressive 1100ºC, significantly intensifying the incineration process. This method achieves a smokeless and odorless result, with zero secondary pollution, as the flue gas remains in the chamber for a precise duration of 4 seconds.
