Process flow description:
Light diesel oil is seamlessly delivered to the burner via the oil pipeline, where the automatic ignition system gradually elevates the furnace's temperature. After approximately 30 minutes, once the furnace reaches the predetermined temperature, the waste conveying system is activated. Waste is pulverized through a crusher and propelled into the combustion chamber by a high-pressure fan. Utilizing the sophisticated 3T principle—temperature, time, and turbine flow—the waste undergoes oxidation, pyrolysis, and combustion within the furnace. Post-combustion, tail gases are re-burned and undergo high-temperature oxidation in a secondary chamber. This chamber is designed with a multi-hull gravity dust collector structure to capture the majority of dust particles. The flue gases then proceed to a waste heat boiler, where they are cooled and repurposed into steam for factory operations. Precious metal oxides are also recycled, maximizing resource utilization. Subsequently, the air heat exchanger heats fresh air for factory use, further cooling the gases. Cooled flue gases are directed into a dust collector for fine dust removal and recycling of precious metals. A spray system executes further dust removal and washing. Finally, the resulting standard gas is safely discharged into the atmosphere via the chimney with the aid of the exhaust fan. The incinerator also facilitates the extraction of valuable metal oxides from the ash, which are then transported to a landfill. Liquid interfaces are reserved, allowing for the burning of waste liquids that can be sprayed into the furnace.
