flow description: Harnessing advanced technology, the process begins with the delivery of light diesel oil to the burner via an oil pipeline. The automatic ignition system elegantly elevates the furnace temperature. Upon reaching the ideal temperature after half an hour, the waste conveying system is activated. Waste particles, finely crushed by a crusher device, are spirited into the combustion chamber by a high-pressure fan. Guided by the 3T principle—temperature, time, and turbine flow—the waste undergoes oxidative pyrolysis and combustion. Post-combustion, the tail gas is re-burned and oxidized at high temperatures in a multi-hull-type secondary combustion chamber equipped with three gravity dust collectors to amass dust. The flue gas then journeys into a waste heat boiler, cooling and recycling into steam for factory reuse, as well as reclaiming precious metal oxides for comprehensive utilization. The cooled flue gas proceeds through an air heat exchanger, heating fresh air for factory use, and further cooling. Subsequently, it enters the dust collector to eliminate minute dust particles and recycle precious metal oxides. A spray system executes further dust removal and cleansing, culminating in the release of standard gas into the atmosphere via the chimney. Precious metal oxides are examined in the ashes and dispatched to a landfill. Liquid interfaces are reserved for waste liquids capable of combustion, allowing them to be sprayed into the furnace seamlessly.
