2. Prior to halting operation, the incinerator undergoes a meticulously designed combustion chamber cooling procedure. This protocol includes both standard and emergency shutdowns. The incinerator ceases operations only when the temperature achieves the specified safety threshold, cementing reliability.
3. Advanced leakage protection is integrated into our equipment, designed to withstand challenging conditions. At 40 degrees Celsius and 85% relative humidity, the electrical circuit boasts an impressive insulation resistance surpassing 2 , capable of enduring a power frequency of 50Hz and a voltage of 1500V for an entire minute. Every component is precisely arranged, ensuring robust connectivity.
4. Rigorous pressure tests have been conducted on oil, water, and gas pathways to confirm the integrity of seals, eliminating any possibilities of leaks.
5. Comprehensive Alarm System:
1) Incinerator device equipped with intuitive power indicators and switches, ensuring clear visibility and control.
2) Residual burning timing device guarantees the incinerator is void of lingering flammable gases and organic substances, promoting a secure and trustworthy operation.

Design Ideals: Innovative and Efficient
A tailor-made rotary kiln incinerator is our solution of choice, proficient in simultaneously processing solid and liquid waste. Particularly suited for chemical residues, sludge, organic waste liquids, and industrial solid waste, it is the ideal furnace type for comprehensive waste treatment centers.
This advanced rotary kiln incinerator, enveloped in a cylindrical metal shell with insulation bricks, is engineered with a slight horizontal incline. Through continuous rotation, it facilitates uniform mixing and guides material smoothly to the discharge end, ensuring optimal waste processing. Our incinerator employs a flue gas directional design, enhancing efficiency. The perpetual movement within the furnace allows consistent tumbling and stirring of waste, granting uniform heating. The waste remains in the rotary kiln for 0.5 to 1 hour, assuring thorough heat exposure and complete organic matter elimination.
Additionally, the incinerator is equipped with a secondary combustion chamber where waste gases are further incinerated at elevated temperatures of 1100ºC, maximizing the removal efficacy of organic compounds. The furnace type is meticulously selected to sustain temperatures ≥1100ºC and a flue gas retention time of ≥2 seconds. Post-flue gas cooling, an extensive purification process ensues, primarily focusing on the eradication of acidic components and nitrogen oxides, as well as the adsorption of harmful substances, thus ensuring superior air quality management.

Comprehensive Incinerator Device Suite:
Our incinerator system boasts a variety of advanced components including a feed hydraulic transmission device, waste liquid conveyance pipeline system, rotary kiln body, primary and secondary burners, water-cooled cyclone for dust removal, quench acid stripping tower, mist separation tower, exhaust fan, independent chimney, alkali storage tank and conveyance system, lye pump, blower, air supply system, electrical system, instrumentation control system, automatic ash device, and a fully-equipped platform and support for installation and maintenance.

Concise Overview of Main Process Flow:
1) Initially, activate the blower to cleanse the furnace of residual and potentially hazardous gases, averting explosion risks pre-ignition.
2) Before igniting via the burner, initiate the induced draft fan to purge the furnace for five minutes, ensuring safety. Diesel fuel is channeled through pipelines, ignited by ignition burners. This strategic ignition elevates the temperature within the rotary kiln and its secondary chamber, fostering effective waste treatment.
3) Solid waste, the unsung hero of waste management, is gracefully fed into the rotary kiln via the sophisticated feeding system. Within this marvel of engineering, the combustion temperature is meticulously maintained at a scorching 850ºC by expertly regulating the oxygen supply. Meanwhile, waste liquid makes its grand entrance into the rotary kiln or secondary combustion chamber through the thoughtfully designed waste liquid pipeline.
4) As the flue gas, birthed in the rotary kiln, elegantly flows into the secondary chamber, the ash and slag byproducts of incineration are seamlessly discharged, thanks to the innovative wet scraper technology.
5) Within the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas from incineration undergoes a spectacular transformation. Assisted by organic waste liquid, it is subjected to further high-temperature combustion, elevating the heat to a formidable 1100ºC. This ensures a smokeless, odorless incineration process, virtually eliminating any secondary pollution. With a commendable residence time of 4.0 seconds, the flue gas allows trace organic matter and dioxins to be utterly decomposed, achieving a decomposition efficiency exceeding 99.99%. Every undecomposed organic component and carbon particle is thoroughly dismantled at this searing temperature. The multi-stage combustion technique employed effectively curtails the formation of nitrogen oxides, guaranteeing an environmentally-friendly operation.
6) Once the secondary combustion chamber completes its task, the flue gas gracefully transitions into the water-cooled cyclone dust collector. Here, centrifugal force plays a pivotal role in settling the ash content within the flue gas, significantly elevating its purity and cleanliness.
7) From the cyclone, the pristine flue gas journeys into the semi-dry quench tower. Through the power of a pressure pump, it ascends to the top of the two-fluid nozzle, achieving a remarkable transformation. Each droplet, atomized with precision, meets the upward-moving hot flue gas, culminating in a high-density droplet area near the nozzle. By meticulously adjusting the injection volume, the temperature is swiftly reduced to a cool 200ºC within just one second, effectively stifling dioxin regeneration. Simultaneously, the water mist quashes any remaining sparks in the flue gas, safeguarding the subsequent cloth bag from potential fire hazards.
8) The journey continues as the flue gas finds its way into the spray washing tower and wet packing washing tower device. This crucial stage serves to effectively cleanse the flue gas, stripping away any lingering acid gases, ensuring an impeccable final product.
9) The flue gas, now purified through the spray tower, takes its final exit, gracefully discharged directly into the chimney with the aid of an induced draft fan.
