Process flow description:
The process initiates with light diesel oil delivered through pipelines to the burner, where an automatic ignition system gradually elevates the furnace temperature. Once the optimal temperature is reached, the waste conveying system is activated, and waste is crushed and transported into the combustion chamber via a high-pressure fan. Utilizing the 3T principle of temperature, time, and turbine flow, waste undergoes oxidation, pyrolysis, and combustion within the chamber. Post-combustion, tail gas is subjected to secondary high-temperature oxidation for thorough cleanup. The secondary combustion chamber, featuring a multi-hull and three gravity dust collectors, captures dust effectively. Flue gases are then routed through a waste heat boiler for steam recycling and metal oxide recovery. Subsequently, an air heat exchanger provides factory heating while further cooling the gases. Following cooling, tiny dust particles are collected, precious metal oxides are recycled, and remaining particulates are washed by a spray system. Ultimately, the cleansed gas is released into the atmosphere through the chimney, while incinerated ashes are checked for precious metal oxides and transported to landfills. Liquid interfaces are available for combustible liquids to be sprayed into the furnace.
