In addition, a state-of-the-art secondary combustion chamber re-incinerates generated gases, achieving extreme temperatures of 1100ºC to maximize organic matter elimination. Furnace selection meets rigorous standards with temperatures ≥1100ºC and flue gas residence time ≥2 seconds. Following cooling, flue gas purification meticulously removes acidic components, nitrogen oxides, and captures harmful particles and dust, ensuring vigilant component selection.
The Incinerator Device comprises the following components:

Brief Introduction of Main Process Flow:
1) Initiate with the blower, effectively purging residual and flammable gases within the furnace. This process significantly mitigates explosion risk during ignition, ensuring a safe start.
2) Before the powerful burner ignites, it is crucial to activate the induced draft fan. This allows for an extensive five-minute purge of the furnace, guaranteeing safety and efficiency. The diesel fuel is then transported through expertly crafted pipelines for precise ignition by the burners. The radiant heat gracefully elevates the temperature within both the rotary kiln and secondary chamber, ensuring a steady and controlled rise to achieve peak performance.
3) Solid waste is expertly introduced into the rotary kiln through a state-of-the-art feeding system, maintaining the combustion temperature at a precise 850ºC via precision oxygen control. Meanwhile, waste liquid is seamlessly directed into either the rotary kiln or the secondary combustion chamber through dedicated pipelines, ensuring flawless processing and integration.
4) The flue gas, born from the rotary kiln, journeys seamlessly to the secondary chamber, where the incineration by-products, including ash and slag, are efficiently expelled through an innovative wet scraper mechanism. This advanced system guarantees smooth, unobstructed operations, providing immaculate and uninterrupted performance.
5) Within the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas experiences enhanced combustion, as organic waste liquid boosts the temperature to a formidable 1100ºC. This elevation intensifies the incineration process, achieving a smokeless, odorless finish with zero secondary pollution. The flue gas resides for a precise 4.0 seconds in this chamber, ensuring the complete decomposition of trace organics and dioxins, with decomposition efficiency soaring above 99.99%. Meticulous breakdown of residual organic components and carbon particles occurs at approximately 1100ºC. The chamber’s sophisticated multi-stage combustion strategy is pivotal in effectively minimizing nitrogen oxide formation.
6) Emerging from the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas advances to the water-cooled cyclone dust collector, where ash content is expertly neutralized by centrifugal force. This strategic enhancement significantly purifies the flue gas, optimizing its quality for subsequent stages.
7) After leaving the cyclone, the flue gas moves to the semi-dry quench tower. Here, a high-performance pressure pump deftly directs the reaction tower to the top of the two-fluid nozzle, transforming the flue gas into fine droplets. These droplets encounter the hot flue gas ascending, creating a dense suspended droplet area and rapidly cooling it to 200 ºC within a second. This swift action effectively halts dioxin regeneration and extinguishes any lingering sparks, preserving the cloth bag from potential fires.
8) The flue gas then enters the spray washing tower, followed by the wet packing washing tower device. These stages are pivotal in the efficient removal of acid gases from the flue gas, ensuring purity and adherence to stringent environmental compliance and standards.
9) The flue gas, having efficiently traversed the spray tower, is subsequently released into the atmosphere via the chimney. An induced draft fan ensures its smooth and continuous exit, effectively minimizing environmental impact.
