Process flow description:
Embark on a sophisticated journey of waste management as light diesel oil is expertly delivered to the burner through a precision oil pipeline. The automatic ignition system gently elevates the furnace temperature, reaching optimal levels within a half hour. Once the ideal temperature is achieved, activate the waste conveying system to introduce finely crushed particles, sent into the combustion chamber via high-pressure fan. Guided by the 3T principle—temperature, time, turbine flow—waste undergoes oxidative pyrolysis and combustion within the furnace. Post-combustion, tail gas is reburned and undergoes high-temperature oxidation in a meticulously designed multi-hulltype secondary combustion chamber, featuring a trio of gravity dust collector structures for efficient dust capture. Flue gas transitions into the waste heat boiler, cooling and recycling into steam for factory use, with concurrent recycling of valuable metal oxides for comprehensive utilization. The process continues into the air heat exchanger, warming fresh air for factory use and further cooling the gas. Cooled flue gas enters the dust collector to eliminate tiny dust particles and recycle precious metal oxides before a sophisticated spray system conducts further dust removal and washing. Ultimately, standard gas is safely discharged into the atmosphere via the chimney, propelled by the exhaust fan. Precious metal oxides in the incinerated ashes are extracted and responsibly transferred to a landfill. Liquid interfaces are reserved, allowing for the incineration of burnable waste liquids by introducing them into the furnace.
