Process Flow Description:
Our process begins with delivering light diesel oil to the burner via an oil pipeline. The automatic ignition system gradually elevates the furnace's temperature. Once the desired temperature is attained, the waste conveying system activates, directing crushed particles into the combustion chamber through a high-pressure fan. The waste undergoes oxidation, pyrolysis, and combustion based on the 3T principles (temperature, time, turbine flow). Post-combustion, the tail gas experiences secondary burning and high-temperature oxidation in a multi-hull-type secondary combustion chamber. Featuring three gravity dust collectors, this chamber effectively captures most dust. The flue gas then proceeds to the waste heat boiler for cooling and steam recycling, optimizing resource usage. Precious metal oxides are recovered for comprehensive utilization. The air heat exchanger then heats fresh air, further cooling the flue gas. This cooled gas enters a dust collector for additional dust removal and precious metal oxide recovery before undergoing further cleaning via a spray system. Finally, the standard gas is safely expelled through the chimney by the exhaust fan. Post-incineration, valuable metal oxides in the ash are extracted and transported to a landfill. Reserved liquid interfaces are available for potential waste liquid incineration.
