Moreover, a cutting-edge secondary combustion chamber re-incinerates generated gases, reaching extreme temperatures of 1100ºC to ensure maximum organic matter eradication. 1) Begin with the blower to thoroughly purge residual and flammable gases from within the furnace, significantly minimizing explosion risks during ignition.
2) Before the powerful burner sets the stage for ignition, it is imperative to activate the induced draft fan. This initiates a thorough five-minute purge of the furnace, paving the way for a secure and efficient operation. The diesel fuel, carried with precision through expertly engineered pipelines, meets its destiny as it's ignited by the burners. The radiant heat that follows exquisitely raises the temperature within both the rotary kiln and the secondary chamber, ensuring a gradual and controlled ascent to achieve peak operational performance.
3) Solid waste is expertly introduced into the rotary kiln using a cutting-edge feeding system. This advanced mechanism maintains the combustion temperature at a precise 850ºC through meticulous oxygen regulation, ensuring the utmost efficiency. Concurrently, waste liquid is seamlessly channeled into either the rotary kiln or the secondary combustion chamber via dedicated pipelines. 4) The flue gas, generated through the rotary kiln's intense operations, proceeds to the secondary chamber. 5) Within the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas undergoes a highly efficient combustion process. This ensures the complete decomposition of trace organics and dioxins, achieving an impressive decomposition efficiency exceeding 99.99%. The chamber's sophisticated multi-stage combustion strategy effectively minimizes nitrogen oxide formation, further enhancing environmental safety.
6) Following its journey through the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas advances to the water-cooled cyclone dust collector. Here, ash content is expertly neutralized by the centrifugal force, significantly purifying the flue gas in preparation for subsequent treatment stages.
7) After passing through the cyclone, the flue gas transitions to the semi-dry quench tower. A pressure pump deftly guides the reaction tower to the apex of the two-fluid nozzle, transforming it into fine droplets. These droplets encounter the hot ascending flue gas, forming a dense suspended droplet area and rapidly cooling to 200ºC within a second. 9) Upon exiting the spray tower, the flue gas is released into the atmosphere through the chimney, assisted by an induced draft fan. This ensures a smooth exit with minimal environmental impact.
