Process flow description:
Light diesel oil is efficiently delivered to the burner through a streamlined oil pipeline. The automatic ignition system gradually elevates the furnace temperature, and within half an hour, the optimal temperature is reached. Thereafter, the waste conveying system is activated, and waste particles are crushed and fed into the combustion chamber by a high-pressure fan. Adhering to the 3T principle (temperature, time, turbine flow), the waste undergoes oxidation, pyrolysis, and combustion. Post-combustion, tail gases are re-burned and oxidized in a high-temperature, secondary combustion chamber. This multi-hull chamber, equipped with three gravity dust collectors, captures most dust. Flue gases are redirected into a waste heat boiler and converted into steam for factory utilization, along with recycling part of precious metal oxides for comprehensive use. The gases then enter an air heat exchanger for further cooling and cleaning before final discharge through a chimney, ensuring compliance with environmental standards. Precious metal oxides in residual ashes are extracted and transferred for safe disposal, maintaining an interface for liquid waste capable of combustion.
