It includes an air supply system, electric control cabinet, and other essential supports with maintenance platforms;
Process Flow Description:
This incinerator is designed as a high-temperature heat storage type furnace. Waste is manually placed into the furnace, with light diesel oil transported through pipelines to the burner. The automatic ignition system ignites waste, causing vigorous stirring and rapid oxidation via high-temperature gas. Adhering to the 3T principles (temperature, time, turbine flow), the system channels incompletely burnt gases into a secondary combustion chamber for further high-temperature burning, reaching up to 900ºC to ensure effective destruction and decomposition. High-temperature flue gases are directed into a water-cooled cyclone dust collector for dust removal. The spray tower utilizes acid-alkali neutralization reactions to absorb acidic gas components via lye injection, ensuring complete combustion with no black smoke or odor. Ultimately, flue gases are released into the atmosphere through the stack while the resultant ashes can be safely landfilled or repurposed.
