1) Begin with the blower to effectively expel residual and flammable gases within the furnace, significantly mitigating explosion risk during ignition.
2) Prior to the powerful burner initiation, it's essential to engage the induced draft fan for a thorough five-minute purge of the furnace. This precise protocol ensures safety and efficiency as diesel fuel is deftly channeled through expertly designed pipelines, culminating in its precise ignition by the burners. The radiant heat elegantly elevates the temperature within both the rotary kiln and secondary chamber, ensuring a controlled rise for optimal performance.
3) Solid waste is expertly introduced into the technologically advanced rotary kiln through a state-of-the-art feeding system, designed to maintain combustion at a precise 850ºC. This is achieved through precision oxygen control, ensuring optimal efficiency and performance. Concurrently, waste liquid is seamlessly directed into either the rotary kiln or the secondary combustion chamber via dedicated pipelines. 7) After exiting the cyclone, the flue gas advances to the semi-dry quench tower. A pressure pump adeptly directs the reaction tower to the top of the two-fluid nozzle, transforming it into fine droplets. 8) The flue gas then enters the spray washing tower, followed by the wet packing washing tower device.
