Process flow description:
The advanced system efficiently delivers light diesel oil to the burner via an oil pipeline, where the automatic ignition system carefully raises the furnace temperature. After half an hour, when optimal temperature is achieved, the waste conveying system activates, funneling pulverized waste particles through a crusher into the combustion chamber using a high-pressure fan. Adhering to the 3T principle—temperature, time, and turbine flow—the waste undergoes oxidation, pyrolysis, and combustion within the chamber. Post-combustion, tail gas is re-burned and subjected to high-temperature oxidation in the secondary combustion chamber, which is designed with a multi-hull structure and three gravity dust collectors to efficiently capture dust. Flue gas is then directed to the waste heat boiler, where it is cooled and recycled into factory steam, optimizing resource utilization. This process recycles valuable metal oxides and utilizes the air heat exchanger to warm fresh air, aiding factory processes. After further cooling, the flue gas enters the dust collector to remove fine particulates and retrieve metal oxides. A comprehensive spray system ensures further dust removal and cleansing, resulting in the discharge of standard gas through the exhaust fan and chimney into the atmosphere. Valuable metal oxides are extracted from the ashes and safely transferred to a landfill. Liquid interfaces are reserved, ensuring that any waste liquid capable of combustion can be introduced into the furnace efficiently.
