Comprehensive Equipment Composition:
Includes a robust furnace body, secondary combustion chamber, cyclone dust collector, spray tower, exhaust fan, chimney, primary and secondary burners, oil tank with oil transportation control pipeline, air supply system, electric control cabinet, and essential support structures with maintenance platform.
Process Flow Description:
This state-of-the-art incinerator is a high-temperature heat storage furnace. Waste is manually fed into the furnace and ignited by an automated ignition system using light diesel oil transported via pipeline to the burner. The high-temperature gas vigorously stirs the waste, initiating rapid oxidation reactions. Following 3T principles (temperature, time, turbine flow), incompletely burned gases move to the secondary combustion chamber for further combustion, reaching temperatures up to 900ºC for thorough destruction and decomposition. High-temperature flue gas then enters the water-cooled cyclone dust collector, where dust is removed. Next, flue gas passes through the spray tower for acid and alkali neutralization, absorbing acid gases through injected lye, achieving complete combustion without black smoke or odor. Ultimately, flue gas is released into the atmosphere via the stack, and ashes are either landfilled or repurposed.
