This design is particularly effective for handling chemical residues, sludges, organic waste liquids, and industrial solid wastes,
making it the ideal choice for comprehensive waste disposal centers. The rotary kiln incinerator boasts a cylindrical metal shell insulated by bricks, positioned horizontally with a slight tilt. By spinning the furnace body, it ensures impeccable mixing and systematic movement of materials to the discharge end. This incinerator employs a directional flue gas design. Through the strategic rotation of the kiln, waste undergoes continuous rolling and stirring, guaranteeing even heat distribution. With a residence time of 0.5-1 hours, it ensures thorough waste heating and complete organic matter removal.
Furthermore, a secondary combustion chamber is integrated, where waste gases from the rotary kiln are subjected to additional high-temperature incineration (1100ºC), ensuring maximum efficiency in organic matter elimination. The design criteria dictate the use of ≥1100ºC with a flue gas residence time of ≥2 seconds. After cooling, the tail gas undergoes meticulous purification, focusing on the elimination of acidic components, nitrogen oxides, and harmful substances, along with dust particle extraction.

Incinerator Device Equipment: A Comprehensive Suite for Optimal Performance
The system encompasses a feed hydraulic transmission device, a waste liquid conveyance pipeline, the rotary kiln body, primary and secondary burners, a secondary combustion chamber, a water-cooled cyclone dust remover, a quench acid stripping tower, a mist separation tower, an exhaust fan, an independent chimney, an alkali storage tank and conveyance system, a lye pump, a blower and air supply system, an electrical system, an instrumentation control system, an automatic ash removal device, and a dedicated installation and maintenance platform and support.

Brief Introduction of Main Process Flow: Streamlined for Safety and Efficiency
1) Begin by activating the blower to purge any remnant gases and other combustible or explosive substances within the furnace, preempting any risk of explosion post-ignition.
2) Prior to ignition via the burner, ensure the induced draft fan is operational and purge the furnace for a full five minutes. Fuel diesel channels through precision pipelines, ignited by the ignition burners. The resultant heat elevates the temperature gradually in both the rotary kiln and the secondary chamber.
3) Solid waste is meticulously fed into the rotary kiln with precision by our advanced feeding system. Here, the combustion temperature is expertly managed at an optimal 850ºC through precise oxygen supply regulation. The waste liquid seamlessly enters either the rotary kiln or the secondary combustion chamber via a well-engineered waste liquid pipeline.
4) The flue gas generated by the cutting-edge rotary kiln flows effortlessly into the secondary chamber, while the ash and slag produced are efficiently discharged automatically by an innovative wet scraper system.
5) In the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas undergoes further combustion at an intensified high temperature of 1100ºC, fueled by organic waste liquid. This higher temperature ensures a more comprehensive incineration process, achieving an effect that is smokeless, odorless, and free from secondary pollution. With a residence time of 4.0 seconds, any trace organic matter and dioxins in the flue gas are thoroughly decomposed with an outstanding efficiency of over 99.99%. This guarantees the complete breakdown of any undecomposed organic components and carbon particles at approximately 1100ºC. Our state-of-the-art multi-stage combustion technique in this chamber effectively curtails the formation of nitrogen oxides.
6) The flue gas from the secondary combustion chamber is channeled into our sophisticated water-cooled cyclone dust collector. Here, the ash content in the flue gas is expertly settled by centrifugal force, significantly enhancing the purity and cleanliness of the flue gas.
7) The refined flue gas then advances to the semi-dry quench tower. Utilizing a pressure pump, the two-fluid nozzle at the tower's apex injects the flue gas into the reaction tower, where it is atomized into fine droplets. Subjected to the upward flow of hot flue gas, a dense area of suspended droplets forms near the nozzle. By adjusting the injection volume, the temperature is rapidly reduced to approximately 200 ºC within a second, effectively inhibiting dioxin regeneration. Concurrently, any sparks in the flue gas are extinguished by a water mist spray, safeguarding the subsequent cloth bag from potential damage.
8) Following this, the flue gas enters the state-of-the-art spray washing and wet packing washing tower devices. These systems are designed to meticulously cleanse the flue gas of any residual acid gases.
9) The purified flue gas exits the spray tower and is seamlessly directed into the chimney, passing through the induced draft fan, thereby ensuring an efficient and eco-friendly discharge process.
