Process flow description:
The process begins with light diesel oil being delivered to the burner via an oil pipeline. An automatic ignition system gradually increases the furnace temperature. After approximately half an hour, when the desired temperature is reached, the waste conveying system is activated. Waste is finely crushed and transported into the combustion chamber with the assistance of a high-pressure fan. Utilizing the 3T principle (temperature, time, turbine flow), the waste undergoes oxidation, pyrolysis, and combustion in the chamber. Tail gases are subjected to secondary combustion for high-temperature oxidation in a specialized multi-hull chamber, equipped with three gravity dust collectors to capture the majority of dust. Flue gases are directed into a waste heat boiler for cooling and to recycle steam for factory use, optimizing resource usage by recovering precious metal oxides. Subsequently, air heat exchangers further cool these gases while heating fresh air for factory needs. The cooled gases are then passed through dust collectors to eliminate residual dust and recover metal oxides, followed by a spray system for additional dust removal and washing. Finally, the clean, standard-compliant gas is safely released into the atmosphere via a chimney. Remaining precious metal oxides in the ashes are checked and disposed of in a landfill, with provisions for liquid waste that can be combusted, allowing it to be sprayed into the furnace.
