Process flow description:
The light diesel oil is conveyed to the burner through the oil pipeline. The automatic ignition system gradually elevates the furnace temperature. After half an hour, when the furnace reaches its set temperature, the waste conveying system is activated. Waste is crushed into particles and sent into the combustion chamber by a high-pressure fan. Utilizing the 3T principle (temperature, time, turbine flow), waste undergoes oxidation, pyrolysis, and combustion. Post-combustion, tail gas is further burned and oxidized in the secondary chamber, featuring a multi-hull design with three gravity dust collectors. The flue gas enters the waste heat boiler, cooling and recycling it into steam, facilitating precious metal oxide recovery for comprehensive utilization. Subsequently, it enters an air heat exchanger that heats fresh air for factory use, followed by cooling. The cooled flue gas proceeds to a dust collector for fine dust removal and precious metal oxide recycling, and a spray system for further dust removal and washing. Ultimately, standard gas is expelled into the atmosphere via the chimney. Precious metal oxides are checked in burned ashes and transferred to a landfill. Liquid interfaces are reserved for burnable waste liquid to be sprayed into the furnace.
