Composition of the equipment:
Inclusive of a robust horizontal furnace body, secondary combustion chamber, cyclone dust collector, spray tower, exhaust fan, chimney, dual burners (primary and secondary), oil tank, and oil transportation control pipeline, air supply system, electric control cabinet, and comprehensive support and maintenance platforms;
Process flow description:
This premier incinerator features a high temperature heat storage type furnace. Waste is manually introduced into the furnace, with light diesel oil channeled to the burner through a pipeline. The automatic ignition system ignites the waste, which undergoes vigorous stirring by high-temperature gas for rapid oxidation. Adhering to the 3T principles (temperature, time, turbine flow), incompletely burned gas moves to a secondary combustion chamber for high-temperature incineration at around 900 ºC, ensuring thorough destruction and decomposition. High temperature flue gas is processed in a water-cooled cyclone dust collector to eliminate dust, followed by an acid-alkali neutralization reaction in the spray tower to absorb acidic gases. The result is a complete combustion process yielding no black smoke or odors, with exhaust gas ultimately discharged through the stack, and ashes suitable for landfill or reuse.
