Process flow description:
The system dynamically delivers light diesel oil to the burner via an oil pipeline. Our automatic ignition mechanism ensures a gradual rise in furnace temperature. After reaching the preset temperature within 30 minutes, the waste conveying system activates. Waste particles are crushed and sent into the combustion chamber using a high-pressure fan, following the 3T principles of temperature, time, and turbine flow, for oxidation, pyrolysis, and combustion. Post combustion, tail gas undergoes secondary high-temperature oxidation in a multi-layered secondary combustion chamber with gravity dust collectors, capturing most dust particles. Flue gas proceeds to a waste heat boiler, cools, and transforms into steam for factory use while recycling precious metal oxides for comprehensive utilization. The air heat exchanger then uses heated fresh air for additional factory applications, cooling flue gas before dust collection and further tiny dust and oxide recovery. A spray system completes dust removal and washing. Finally, standard gas discharges through the chimney aided by the exhaust fan. Precious metal oxides in ashes are identified and handled responsibly. Liquid interfaces are reserved for waste liquids suitable for combustion and spraying into the furnace.
