Process flow description:
The light diesel oil is meticulously delivered to the burner via an optimized oil pipeline. An automatic ignition system gradually elevates furnace temperatures. After approximately half an hour, upon reaching the designated temperature, the waste conveying system is activated. Waste particles are efficiently processed through a crusher device and propelled into the combustion chamber by a high-pressure fan. Adhering to the 3T principle (temperature, time, turbine flow), waste undergoes oxidation, pyrolysis, and combustion within the chamber. Post-combustion, tail gases are re-burned and subjected to high-temperature oxidation in a secondary combustion chamber. This innovative chamber includes a multi-hull design with a three-structure gravity dust collector to capture most dust particles. Flue gases are then channeled into a waste heat boiler for cooling and conversion into steam for industrial reuse, alongside the recycling of precious metal oxides. Further cooling occurs via an air heat exchanger, which heats fresh air for factory use, followed by meticulous dust removal and precious metal oxide reclamation in a dust collector. A sophisticated spray system ensures final dust elimination and cleansing. Ultimately, standardized gases are vented into the atmosphere through a chimney, monitored by an exhaust fan. The precious metal oxides in residual ashes are retrieved and transferred to a landfill, with reserved liquid interfaces available for flammable waste liquid integration into the furnace.
