The furnace meets rigorous standards with temperatures ≥1100ºC and flue gas residence times ≥2 seconds. Brief Introduction of Main Process Flow:
1) Initiate with the blower to effectively purge residual and flammable gases from the furnace, significantly minimizing explosion risk during ignition.
2) Prior to igniting the powerful burner, activate the induced draft fan for an extensive five-minute purge of the furnace. This meticulous process ensures safety and efficiency, as the diesel fuel is flawlessly transported through expertly crafted pipelines, leading to its precise ignition by the burners. This radiant heat gracefully elevates the temperature within both the rotary kiln and secondary chamber, ensuring a steady and controlled rise for exceptional performance.
3) Harnessing cutting-edge technology, solid waste is meticulously introduced into the rotary kiln using a premier feeding system. 5) Within the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas experiences a superior combustion process, where the addition of organic waste liquid raises the temperature to a formidable 1100ºC. This intensifies the incineration process, ensuring a flawless, smokeless, and odorless finish with no secondary pollution. The flue gas remains for a precise duration of 4 seconds, securing complete decomposition of minute organics and dioxins, achieving an astounding decomposition efficiency exceeding 99.99%. The precise breakdown of residual organics and carbon particles at about 1100ºC is facilitated by a sophisticated multi-stage combustion strategy, effectively minimizing nitrogen oxide formation and enhancing environmental safety.
6) Upon exiting the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas advances to the water-cooled cyclone dust collector. This stage expertly neutralizes ash content through centrifugal force, significantly purifying the flue gas and priming it for subsequent treatment phases.
7) Emerging from the cyclone, the flue gas proceeds to the semi-dry quench tower. A pressure pump deftly directs the reaction tower to the apex of the two-fluid nozzle, converting it into fine droplets. These droplets engage with the ascending hot flue gas, creating a dense area of suspended droplets and rapidly cooling to 200ºC in just a second. This swift action effectively prevents dioxin regeneration and extinguishes any potential sparks, protecting the cloth bag from fire risks.
8) The flue gas then progresses through the spray washing tower, followed by the wet packing washing tower device. These pivotal stages play a crucial role in eradicating acid gases from the flue gas, ensuring adherence to stringent environmental purity standards.
9) After navigating the spray tower, the flue gas is smoothly released into the atmosphere via the chimney, aided by an induced draft fan that ensures a seamless exit and minimizes environmental impact.
