Composition of the Equipment:
Includes a horizontal furnace body, secondary combustion chamber, cyclone dust collector, spray tower, exhaust fan, chimney, primary and secondary burners, oil tank and oil transportation control pipeline, air supply system, electric control cabinet, and other necessary supports and maintenance platforms.
Process Flow Description:
This cutting-edge incinerator features a high-temperature heat storage furnace. Waste is manually loaded into the furnace while light diesel oil is transported to the burner via pipeline. The automatic ignition system ignites the waste, which is stirred and rapidly oxidized by high-temperature gas. Adhering to the 3T principles (temperature, time, turbine flow), incompletely burned gases enter the secondary combustion chamber, achieving high-temperature burning at around 900 ºC to ensure destruction and decomposition. The high-temperature flue gas then passes through a water-cooled cyclone dust collector for dust removal, before entering the spray tower. Here, acid gases in the flue gas are neutralized using injected lye, ensuring full combustion with no black smoke or odor. Finally, the filtered flue gas is released into the atmosphere via the stack, while residual ashes are either landfilled or repurposed.
