Composition of the equipment:
Our sophisticated system includes a horizontal furnace body, secondary combustion chamber, cyclone dust collector, spray tower, exhaust fan, chimney, primary and secondary burners, oil tank with an oil transportation control pipeline, air supply system, electric control cabinet, as well as other vital supports and maintenance platforms.
Process flow description:
Our incinerator, a marvel of high temperature heat storage technology, begins with manual waste loading. Diesel oil, meticulously transported via pipelines, ignites waste through an automatic system. The waste undergoes rapid oxidation, stirred by high-temperature gas. Leveraging 3T principles (temperature, time, turbine flow), incomplete gas is redirected to a secondary chamber for further high-temperature combustion at 900 ºC, ensuring thorough destruction. As flue gas enters the water-cooled cyclone dust collector, residual dust is removed. The gas then passes through a spray tower, neutralizing acid with alkaline injections, achieving fully smokeless and odorless combustion. Flue gases finally ascend the stack, emerging cleansed into the atmosphere, while residual ash is either landfilled or reused.
