Process Flow Description:
Light diesel oil is delivered to the burner via the oil pipeline, with an automatic ignition system gently elevating furnace temperatures. After thirty minutes, upon reaching the set temperature, the waste conveying system is activated. Waste is pulverized and sent into the combustion chamber by a high-pressure fan for oxidative, pyrolysis, and combustion processes based on the 3T principles (temperature, time, turbine flow). Post-combustion, tail gas undergoes a secondary high-temperature oxidation. The multi-hull type secondary chamber, equipped with a triple gravity dust collector, captures most dust. Flue gas transitions into a waste heat boiler for cooling and steam recycling, while recovering precious metal oxides for comprehensive utilization. Air heat exchangers further utilize and cool the gases, leading them to dust collectors for additional dust and oxide recovery. A spray system provides added dust removal, washing, and ensures regulatory-compliant gas emission through the chimney. Precious metal oxides in burned ashes are collected for landfill, with liquid interfaces reserved for combustive waste liquid spraying.
