Process flow description:
This incinerator is a high temperature heat storage type furnace. Put the waste into the furnace by artificial, light diesel oil through the pipeline transported to the burner. The waste will be ignited by automatic ignition system. Waste dramatically stirring by the high-temperature gas, and oxidation reaction rapidly. Incinerator is based on the principles of the 3T (temperature, time, turbine flow) ,Put the not completely burn gas into the secondary combustion chamber for high-temperature burning, second degree burning temperature up to about 900 ºC, carry out the destruction and decomposition. High temperature flue gas go into the water-cooled cyclone dust collector again, remove dust contained in the flue gas. Flue gas goes into the spray tower, using the principle of acid and alkali neutralization reaction, absorb the acid gas in flue gas through the injection lye .The device is capable of fully complete combustion to no black smoke and no smell. Finally the flue gas will be sent to the stack and then discharged into the atmosphere . The ashes can be carried out into the landfill or re-use.
