Process flow description:
Light diesel oil is expertly delivered to the burner through an efficient oil pipeline. The automatic ignition system gradually elevates furnace temperature. Once stabilized at the preset level, initiate the waste conveying system. Waste particles are finely fragmented by a crusher and propelled into the combustion chamber by a high-pressure fan. Adhering to the 3T principle (temperature, time, turbine flow), waste undergoes oxidative pyrolysis and combustion. Post-combustion, tail gas is reburned and high-temperature oxidized in a secondary chamber. Featuring a multi-hull design, the secondary chamber incorporates a trio of gravity dust collectors to capture significant dust quantities. Flue gas transitions into the waste heat boiler, cooling and transforming into reusable factory steam, with partial precious metal oxides recycling, achieving holistic utilization. The flue gas is further cooled in an air heat exchanger. Subsequent cooled gas undergoes tiny dust removal and precious metal oxide recovery in a dust collector. A sophisticated spray system executes final dust removal and washing. Ultimately, standardized gas is vented atmospherically via the chimney by an exhaust fan. Post-combustion ashes are checked for precious metal oxides before landfill transfer. Reserve liquid interfaces allow sprayable combustible waste liquids into the furnace.
