The cutting-edge flue gas directional system continuously stirs waste for consistent heating, with a waste residence time of 0.5-1 hour, ensuring thorough thermal treatment and complete organic matter annihilation.
Moreover, a groundbreaking secondary combustion chamber re-incinerates the generated gases, reaching extreme temperatures of 1100ºC to maximize the elimination of organic matter. The furnace selection adheres to stringent standards with temperatures ≥1100ºC and flue gas residence time ≥2 seconds. The Incinerator Device comprises the following components:
Feed hydraulic transmission system, waste liquid conduit, structural rotary kiln, primary burner, secondary combustion chamber, secondary burner, water-cooled cyclone dust collector, quench acid stripping tower, mist separation unit, exhaust fan, standalone chimney, alkali storage and delivery, lye pump, blower, comprehensive air supply system, electrical network, instrumentation control, automated ash disposal, installation platforms, and support structures.
Brief Introduction of Main Process Flow:
1) Start with the blower to efficiently purge residual and flammable gases within the furnace, significantly lowering explosion risk during ignition.
2) Prior to the powerful burner lighting the ignition, initiate the induced draft fan, allowing a thorough five-minute purge of the furnace. This meticulous procedure ensures exceptional safety and efficiency as diesel fuel is expertly conveyed through skillfully designed pipelines, leading to its precise ignition by the burners. The radiant heat methodically elevates temperatures within both the rotary kiln and secondary chamber, enabling a steady and controlled rise to achieve optimal performance.
3) Solid waste is skillfully introduced into the rotary kiln through a cutting-edge feeding system. This advanced mechanism meticulously maintains the combustion temperature at an exact 850ºC, courtesy of precision oxygen control, guaranteeing optimal efficiency and performance. Simultaneously, waste liquid effortlessly flows into either the rotary kiln or the secondary combustion chamber via dedicated pipelines, ensuring seamless processing and integration for unparalleled performance.
4) The flue gas, borne from the rotary kiln's intense operations, journeys to the secondary chamber. Here, incineration by-products such as ash and slag are expelled with exceptional efficiency through an innovative wet scraper mechanism, ensuring smooth, efficient, and immaculate operations.
5) Inside the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas undergoes superior combustion. The introduction of organic waste liquid elevates the temperature to a remarkable 1100ºC, intensifying the incineration process. This results in a smokeless, odorless finish with zero secondary pollution as the flue gas resides here for a precise 4 seconds. This ensures complete decomposition of trace organics and dioxins, achieving an astonishing decomposition efficiency of over 99.99%. The sophisticated multi-stage combustion strategy precisely breaks down residual organic components and carbon particles at approximately 1100ºC, effectively minimizing nitrogen oxide formation, thus enhancing environmental safety.
6) Emerging from the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas advances to the water-cooled cyclone dust collector. Here, ash content is expertly neutralized through centrifugal force, significantly purifying the flue gas and priming it for the subsequent stages of treatment.
7) Upon exiting the cyclone, the flue gas transitions to the semi-dry quench tower. A pressure pump skillfully directs the reaction tower to the top of the two-fluid nozzle, transforming it into fine droplets. These droplets meet the ascending hot flue gas, creating a dense suspended droplet area and rapidly cooling to 200ºC within a second. This swift action effectively halts dioxin regeneration and extinguishes any residual sparks, protecting the cloth bag from potential fires.
8) Subsequently, the flue gas enters the spray washing tower, followed by the wet packing washing tower device. These crucial stages play a pivotal role in eliminating acid gases from the flue gas, guaranteeing that it meets stringent environmental standards for purity.
9) After traversing the spray tower, the flue gas is expelled into the atmosphere via the chimney, aided by an induced draft fan that ensures its smooth exit, thereby minimizing environmental impact.
