Brief Introduction of Main Process Flow:
1) Start by activating the blower to efficiently clear residual and flammable gases from the furnace, significantly mitigating the risk of explosions during ignition.
2) Prior to sparking ignition with the powerful burner, initiate the induced draft fan, allowing for an extensive five-minute purge inside the furnace. This meticulous process ensures both safety and efficiency, as diesel fuel travels expertly through crafted pipelines for precise ignition by the burners. The resulting radiant heat elevates temperatures within the rotary kiln and secondary chamber, promoting a steady, controlled ascent for peak performance.
3) Solid waste enters the advanced rotary kiln through a cutting-edge feeding system, where the combustion temperature is meticulously maintained at 850ºC with precise oxygen control, guaranteeing top-notch efficiency. 6) The flue gas, upon exiting the secondary combustion chamber, advances to the water-cooled cyclone dust collector. Here, centrifugal force expertly neutralizes ash content, significantly purifying the flue gas and preparing it for subsequent treatment stages.
7) Following the cyclone, the flue gas moves to the semi-dry quench tower.
