Our state-of-the-art equipment includes a horizontal furnace body, secondary combustion chamber, cyclone dust collector, spray tower, exhaust fan, chimney, primary and secondary burners, oil tank and control pipeline, air supply system, electric control cabinet, along with essential supports and maintenance platforms, all designed for optimized performance.
Process flow description:
This cutting-edge incinerator is a high-temperature heat storage type furnace. Waste is manually placed into the furnace, while light diesel oil is precisely transported to the burner through pipelines. Activated by an automatic ignition system, waste is vigorously stirred by high-temperature gas, facilitating rapid oxidation reactions. Adhering to the 3T principles—temperature, time, and turbine flow—partially combusted gases are routed to a secondary combustion chamber where they undergo a second high-temperature burn, reaching approximately 900 ºC, ensuring complete destruction and decomposition. High-temperature flue gases are directed into a water-cooled cyclone dust collector to efficiently remove dust. Further purification occurs in the spray tower where acid gases are neutralized with injected lye, ensuring no black smoke or odors. Finally, the purified flue gas is released via the stack into the atmosphere, and residual ashes are suitable for landfill disposal or reuse.
